Multiplayer Gaming

Until you've experienced it for yourself it's hard to describe, but once you've had a taste of multiplayer gaming you'll soon see why there are thousands of gamers playing online every day, and why game companies see the future as multiplayer.

At this point you've probably tried connecting to a game server and found yourself standing there either alone or being filled with lead and killed before you even know what has hit you. Every gamer remembers their first multiplayer experience, but like anything new it can seem daunting at first, and with a little bit of commitment and willingness to learn you'll soon pick up the skills needed to survive. Just don't expect to walk onto a game server and win. After all, could you ride a push bike on day one?

Like in football there are different levels of skill. You have the best players in the premiership, and lower skill levels as you work your way down. New players have to start from the bottom and work their way up, and you'll be no different. Each player has different skill levels and as a new player you'll need to learn a few tricks before you can compete with the best, although you will have good times as well as bad, but as your experience grows so will your enjoyment of online play.

As the saying goes "practice makes perfect". Each time you play you'll learn more and more, and unlike learning for an exam, learning to play a game online is fun :).
